These are top 10, 20, 30 percentile cutoff marks of various state boards across the country released by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE) of academic year 2012. As per new JEE Pattern admission to the undergraduate programmes at the IITs and ISM, Dhanbad for the year 2013 will be based only on category wise All India Rank (AIR) in JEE(Advanced) subject to the condition that such candidates are in the top 20 percentile of successful candidates of their Boards in applicable categories.

CBSE Declared Online JEE Exam under New Format in April 2013

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced online version of the New Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) to be held between 8 April 2012 and 25 April 2012. The exact dates of Online JEE Exam 2012 will be declared later. The Offline JEE Exam 2013 will be held on 7 April 2013.

Candidate can choose their preferred regional language for JEE Main

On Thursday CBSE issued a circular to explain details of JEE Main 2013. As per this circular the new Joint Entrance Examination (main) will be available for aspirants in their preferred language besides Hindi and English if the state government requests the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the same.

In pursuance of MHRD’s directions and subsequent decision of the JEE Apex Board on JEE (Main) and (Advanced) held on 25.08.2012, the JEE (Main) Examination, 2013 (hitherto known as AIEEE – Paper I) for admissions to B.E./B.Tech courses at NITs, IIITs, DTU, Delhi and other CFTIs will be held during April, 2013.
