The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the results of JEE Main first session held last month & Motion Education once again proved their mettle. Around 297 students scored above 99%tile.
Shiv Bharuka – 2 years Kota classroom student at Motion education scored 99.96%. Furthermore, there are 887 students who scored above 95 percentile. JEE-Main is an entrance exam for admission into engineering courses at the National Institutes of Technology (NIT) and other Central, State and private institutions, JEE Main is also used as an eligibility test for JEE-Advanced, which is an entrance exam for the elite Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).This year examination is being held in four sessions – February, March, April and May.
Students can apply for the examination as many times as they want, with each student’s best score being taken into consideration for the final ranking. All-India rankings and cut-off scores for JEE-Advanced eligibility are going to be calculated after all the four sessions of the JEE Main examination are over.
In the February session, more than 6.3 lakh students attempted the examination. The examination was conducted in 13 different languages, for the first time. The second session will begin from 15th March.
