Looking at the present Covid-19 situation, education minister tweeted that NTA has decided to postpone the JEE (Main) – May 2021 session.
Keeping in mind the safety of students, NTA has postponed the May session which was scheduled to be held on May 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. The decision has been made in view of rising coronavirus cases in the country. Earlier, JEE Main 2021 April session which was scheduled on April 27, 28, and 30, was also postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. NTA declared in its notice – “The rescheduling of the April and May sessions will be done subsequently”.
A release by the National Testing Agency said “The registration for the May session will be announced at a later stage”. Students are advised to regularly check the official website (idioms website) of NTA for further updates.
