Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced is a national-level entrance exam conducted to facilitate admissions to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and a few other colleges. Students who are willing to seek admission into IITs JEE Advanced is the second entrance exam after JEE Main for those. IIT Roorkee conducted the JEE Advanced 2019 on May 27, 2019, in an online mode.
IIT Roorkee is all set to announce the exam result of JEE Advanced 2019 on June 14. The result will be announced in the form of individual ranks. All India Rank of candidates will be available through the online portal. Candidates can simply enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth to view their JEE Advanced rank and marks. Candidates who appeared in both the papers shall only be considered for Common Rank List. The cut off of JEE Advanced 2019 will be based on this result.
How to check JEE Advanced 2019 result?
Students can check their result on the official site (idiom site) after the notification is displayed. The procedure of checking result is given below
- Log on to the official website (idioms website) of JEE Advanced to check the rank.
- By using registration number, Date of Birth, Email Address and Phone Number login to the account.
- Download the result. The next step will involve the candidates to appear for counseling at allotted colleges.
Cut-off for JEE Advanced 2019
Cut Off for JEE Advanced is the score of the student with the lowest rank who will be accepted for the admission by IITs. IITs also prefer the minimum scores for JEE Advanced, MQMR (Minimum Qualifying Marks for Ranking).
The cut-off marks for PwD students will be the same as the lowest of the cut off marks for GEN, OBC-NCL, SC and ST categories.
Those candidates who qualified the JEE Advanced examination will be eligible for the counseling. The students will be allotted the college and branch as per their choice but in accordance with their All India Rank. For that the students will have to wait for the declaration of the All India Rank and the counseling procedure will commence in the first week of July 2019.
